Jalabhisheka (Sanskrit: जलाभिषेक, romanized: Jalābhiṣeka) also known as Jalabhishekam, is a ritual in Hinduism. In this practice, adherents pour a stream of holy water on a lingam, an anioconic form of the deity Shiva.
