Johannes (John) Jacob Manissadjian (Armenian: Յովհաննէս Յակոբ Մանիսաճեան, 1862–1942) was a botanist who lived in the Ottoman Empire. After the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, he emigrated to the United States.
