Ivan Kirillovich Yakovlev (Russian: Иван Кириллович Яковлев; August 5, 1918, Chernolesskaya, Novoselitsky District, Stavropol Krai - September 13, 2002, Moscow) was Soviet military leader, army general (1980) who served as commander-in-chief of the Internal Troops of the Soviet Union from 1968 to 1986.
