Islamkot is a town in south-eastern Sindh, Pakistan. It has gained prominence due to its proximity to the Thar coalfield and the development of power generation projects, which making it a centre for investment and urban expansion in the region.
According to the 2023 census, the town had a population of 19,064. It functions as a town council and serves as the administrative headquarters of Islamkot Tehsil in Tharparkar District.
