The Indochinese Communist Party (ICP)[1] was a political party which was transformed from the old Vietnamese Communist Party (Vietnamese: Đảng Cộng-sản Việt-Nam) in October 1930. It was renamed in line with Comintern directives to reflect its regional mission.
This party de jure dissolved itself on 11 November 1945. It was the second stage in the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
