Ilham Akbar Habibie (born 16 May 1963) is an Indonesian aviation expert of Gorontalo descent. Ilham is the first child of Hasri Ainun Habibie and B. J. Habibie, the 3rd president of Indonesia.
As an aeronautical engineer, through PT Regio Aviasi Industri, he initiated the Regio Prop Program, a domestic commercial aircraft project that is a further development of the IPTN N-250. He collaborated with Erry Firmansyah, the former president director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), to establish PT Regio Aviasi Industri (RAI).
In the 2024 West Java gubernatorial election, he ran as a candidate for Vice Governor of West Java alongside Ahmad Syaikhu, supported by the PKS and the Nasdem Party.
