Ierapetra (Greek: Ιεράπετρα, lit. 'sacred stone'; ancient name: Ἱεράπυτνα Hierápytna) is a Greek city and municipality located on the southeast coast of Crete. It is the fourth largest city on the island and the largest in the Lasithi regional unit, serving as Greece's main port in the Libyan Sea.
