Huseyngulu Seyid oglu Baghirov (Azerbaijani: Hüseynqulu Seyid oğlu Bağırov; born in 1955) is an Azerbaijani politician who used to serve as the first Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Republic.
