Humpolec (Czech pronunciation: [ˈɦʊmpɔlɛt͡s]; German: Humpoletz) is a town in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 12,000 inhabitants. It is an industrial town, known today primarily for the Family Brewery Bernard and the engineering industry.
