Hudson Catholic Regional High School is a regional four-year co-educational University-preparatory Catholic high school in Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey. The school was established in 1964 by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark, as a high school for grades 9–12.

The school was conducted by the De La Salle Christian Brothers of the Baltimore District, later changing to the District of Eastern North America in 2008. The remaining Brothers were withdrawn in the summer of 2012, leaving the school solely administered by the Archdiocesan of Newark education office. The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1972.

As of the 2023–24 school year, the school had an enrollment of 496 students and 30.1 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 16.5:1. The school's student body was 30.6% (152) Black, 28.2% (140) White, 28.2% (140) Hispanic, 6.0% (30) two or more races, 5.0% (25) Asian, 1.2% (6) Native Hawaiian / Pacific Islander and 0.6% (3) American Indian / Alaska Native.
