Lieutenant General (Ret.) Hinsa Siburian (born 28 October 1959) is an Indonesian government official and former military officer. He served as Chief of National Cyber and Crypto Agency (Indonesian: Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara, BSSN) beginning on 21 May 2019, replacing Major General (Ret.) Dr. Djoko Setiadi.
