Hindu theology
Hindu theology is the practice of theology in the context of Hinduism. Though the term has historically been rejected as unsuitable for describing Hindu religious scholarship, modern scholars of Hinduism have sought to reclaim and redefine the term in a way that respects the traditions and practices of Hindu intellectualism. Hindu theology is now typically understood to be the search for knowledge of the divine through practices such as scriptural analysis and commentary, and devotional worship.
