Herbivore men

Herbivore men (草食系 sōshoku-kei) is a term typically used in Japan to describe young men who are considered pushover and overtly nice, and acts as an implied taunt and term of abuse.

The opposite term is carnivorous women (肉食系の女性, Nikushoku-kei no josei), denoting more sexually proactive and assertive women who are often considered maneaters with baby fever.
