Sir Herbert Nicholls KCMG (11 August 1868 – 11 November 1940) was an Australian judge and politician, who served as Chief Justice of Tasmania from 1914 to 1937 and, as an independent member of the Tasmanian House of Assembly from 1900 to 1909, as Attorney-General (1903 to 1904) and Leader of the Opposition (1906 to 1909).
