Henry Tzu-Yow Yang (Chinese: 楊祖佑; born November 29, 1940) is an American mechanical engineer who served as the 5th chancellor of the University of California, Santa Barbara from June 1994 to July 2025. With more than 31 years in office, he is the longest-serving chancellor in the history of the University of California. After leaving the chancellor's office, Yang continues to serve as distinguished professor of mechanical engineering at the UC Santa Barbara College of Engineering.
