Henry Martyn McIntire (March 19, 1835 – January 16, 1863) was an American lawyer and soldier who served as lieutenant colonel of the 1st Pennsylvania Reserve Regiment during the American Civil War. Severely wounded at the Battle of Glendale in June 1862, he resigned from the Union Army and succumbed to his wounds six months later.
