Henry John Cody CMG (December 6, 1868 – April 27, 1951) was a Canadian clergyman and politician. He served as Ontario's education minister from 1918 to 1919, and as President of the University of Toronto from 1932 to 1945 and Chancellor from 1944 to 1947.
