Harvey Brownstone (born July 24, 1956) is a retired judge of the Ontario Court of Justice and the first openly gay judge in Canada. He is also a bestselling author and host of a television and internet talk show. His interview program "Harvey Brownstone Interviews" is ranked #12 on the Hollywood 411 List of the Top 50 Talk Shows in the World. Variety Entertainment News named "Harvey Brownstone Interviews" one of the "Best Picks for Summer 2024". In February 2024, Daily Hollywood News called Harvey Brownstone Interviews "one of the most epic and popular television extravaganzas to have risen in a long time", and described Brownstone as "a superstar almost overnight". In December 2024, the Hollywood Digest listed "Harvey Brownstone Interviews" as one of the internet shows to look forward to in 2025. In January 2025, Splash Magazine featured "Harvey Brownstone Interviews" on its "Best of the Best for 2025" List. His memoir, "Without Prejudice: My Life as a Gay Judge" will be released by ECW Press in May 2026, and a Hollywood feature film directed by Shane Stanley based on the book has been filmed and will be released later in 2026.
