Troy Harry Teague (born June 29, 1949) is an American former oilman and politician who served as the U.S. representative for New Mexico's 2nd congressional district, from 2009 until 2011. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

The district is located in the southern part of the state and includes Hobbs, Roswell, Carlsbad, Las Cruces and the southern fourth of Albuquerque.
