Harel Locker (Hebrew: הראל לוקר) is an Israeli executive who has served since 2021 as the Chairman of the Board of Paz Oil and Energy Company Ltd. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and as the Director General of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office from 2011 to 2015.
