HMS Ramillies was a 74-gun third-rate ship of the line of the Royal Navy. Launched on 15 April 1763 at Chatham Dockyard, she served in the American War of Independence. Ramillies was scuttled on 21 September 1782 during the 1782 Central Atlantic hurricane.
