Guido Hernán Pizarro Demestri (born 26 February 1990) is an Argentine former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. He is the head coach of Tigres UANL.
Pizarro devoted the majority of his career to Tigres UANL, where he recorded more than 400 appearances and captured four league titles.
He is nicknamed "Conde" (Spanish for Count), and is a naturalized Mexican citizen.
