Grunwald [ˈɡrunvalt] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Grunwald, within Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. The village, Grünfelde until 1945, is chiefly known for a medieval battle, the 1410 Battle of Grunwald (or Tannenberg) between Polish-Lithuanian and Teutonic Knights forces.
