Golden Valley County is a county in the U.S. state of North Dakota. As of the 2020 census, the population was 1,736, and was estimated to be 1,795 in 2024. making it the fifth-least populous county in North Dakota. The county seat and the largest city is Beach.
The county should not be confused with the city of Golden Valley, which is located in Mercer County.
