Gmina Tworóg is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Tarnowskie Góry County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Tworóg, which lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Tarnowskie Góry and 38 km (24 mi) north-west of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 124.92 square kilometres (48.2 sq mi) and had a total population of 8,249 in 2019.
