Gmina Przygodzice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrów County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Przygodzice, which lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of the town of Ostrów Wielkopolski.

The gmina covers an area of 163.48 square kilometres (63.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 11,320.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Barycz Valley Landscape Park.
