Gianduja (Italian: [dʒanˈduːja]; Piedmontese: Giandoja [dʒaŋˈdʊja]) is one of the masks of the Italian commedia dell'arte, typically representing a kind, honest and jovial man from the Piedmontese countryside (and specifically, Turin).
