Xuân Thiện Phú Thọ Football Club (Vietnamese: Câu lạc bộ bóng đá Xuân Thiện Phú Thọ), formerly known as Gia Định, is a Vietnamese football club based in Phú Thọ. The club is playing its home matches at the 20,000-capacity Việt Trì Stadium. The club competes in the V.League 2, following promotion after finishing second in their group in the 2025 Vietnamese Second Division.
