Ghulam Rahman (Bengali: গোলাম রহমান) is a former government secretary at the Ministry of Shipping and president of the Consumers Association of Bangladesh. He is the former chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission and Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission.
