Robert Gerald van Cortlandt Vernon-Jackson CBE (born 10 January 1962) is a Liberal Democrat politician in Portsmouth, England, and is currently serving as Lord Mayor of Portsmouth. He was the leader of Portsmouth City Council between 2018 and 2023, and 2004–2014, and has served as a councillor for Milton Ward since 2003.
