George Finch (born July 2006) has served as leader of Warwickshire County Council since July 2025. A member of Reform UK, he has been a councillor for Bedworth Central since May 2025.
He is the youngest council leader ever in the UK, taking permanent office on 22 July 2025 at the age of 19. He is concurrently the Portfolio Holder for Children & Families.
