Genrikh Andreyi Poghosyan (Armenian: Հենրիկ Անդրեյի Պողոսյան) was the First Secretary of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast Committee of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan. He was appointed in February 1988, succeeding Boris Kevorkov.
