Gefen (Hebrew: גֶּפֶן, lit. 'Grapevine') is a moshav in central Israel. Located between Beit Shemesh and Kiryat Malakhi, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council. In 2023 it had a population of 441.
