The Global Honored Crown (GHC) Women's Championship (Japanese: GHC女子王座, Hepburn: GHC Joshi Ōza) is a women's professional wrestling world championship created and promoted by the Japanese promotion Pro Wrestling Noah. Mayu Iwatani is the current champion, in her first reign. She won the title by defeating Takumi Iroha at Marigold First Dream on January 3, 2026 in Tokyo, Japan
