Frenulum

A frenulum (/ˈfrɛnjələm/; from Latin frēnulum 'little bridle', the diminutive of frēnum; pl. frenula), also called a frenum (/ˈfriːnəm/; pl. frena), is a small fold of tissue that secures the motion of a mobile organ in the body.
