Frederick Douglass Memorial Park is a historic cemetery at 3201 Amboy Road in the Oakwood Heights neighborhood of Staten Island, New York. The cemetery corporation was formed in 1933, and the first interments took place in 1935. It was established by and for Black New Yorkers during an era when many cemeteries practiced segregation, including the use of separate entrances and less-desired sections for African-American burials. The cemetery is named for the abolitionist and statesman Frederick Douglass (1818–1895).
The Landmarks Preservation Commission describes Frederick Douglass Memorial Park as the only extant, non-sectarian cemetery in New York City founded by and for African Americans. Estimates by preservation organizations and local media place the total number of interments at about 60,000. On June 18, 2024, the cemetery was designated an individual New York City Landmark.
