Franklin H. Moreau (born September 9, 1976) is an American former professional football running back who played for the Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Chiefs in the fourth round of the 2000 NFL draft after playing college football for the Louisville Cardinals. He was also a member of the Houston Texans and New England Patriots but did not appear in any games for either team.
