François d'Orbay

François d'Orbay (French pronunciation: [fʁɑ̃swa dɔʁbɛ]; 1634–1697) was a French draughtsman (the drafting technician type not the drawing artist type) and architect who worked closely with Louis Le Vau and Jules Hardouin Mansart.
