Fort Smith is a census-designated place (CDP) in Big Horn County, Montana, United States. It is on the Crow Indian Reservation. The population was 170 at the 2020 census. It was 161 at the 2010 census.

The Crow name for the town is Annu'ucheepe, “Mouth of the canyon.” The town took its name from former Fort C.F. Smith. The fort was established along the Bozeman Trail in 1866 but destroyed by Sioux warriors in 1868.

Camp Four is located about 11 miles (18 km) northeast of town. The camp is on the National Register of Historic Places due to its use on a large wheat farm from 1918 to the 1960s.
