Luis Fernando Olivera Vega (Spanish pronunciation: [ˌlwis feɾˌnãn̪.d̪o o.liˌβ̞e.ɾa ˈβ̞e.ɣ̞a]; born 26 July 1958) is a Peruvian politician and leader of Independent Moralizing Front (FIM), a Peruvian political party.
