The term Feldgendarmerie (German: [ˈfɛlt.ʒãdaʁməˌʁiː] ⓘ; transl. "field gendarmerie") refers to military police units of the armies of the Kingdom of Saxony (from 1810), the German Empire and Nazi Germany up to the end of World War II in Europe.
