The Federal Agency for Special Construction (Russian: Федеральное агентство специального строительства) known in its acronym Spetsstroy of Russia (Russian: Спецстрой России) was a federal executive body of the Russian Federation that carried out, in the interests of the defense and security of the state, the organization of work in the field of special construction, communications and road construction by engineering and road construction military formations that were under its control.
