Fan Jinlong (Chinese: 樊金龙; born November 1963) is a Chinese politician currently serving as Executive Vice Chairman and Chinese Communist Party Deputy Committee Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress. He previously served as Executive Vice Governor of Jiangsu and Secretary General of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
