Falih Faisal Fahad Al-Fayyad (Arabic: فالح الفياض; born 27 March 1956) is an Iraqi politician, former national security advisor, and the current chairman of the Popular Mobilization Commission (PMC). He is also the founder of the Ataa Movement.
