The Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) is the public policy arm of the Southern Baptist Convention, the second-largest Christian denomination in the United States. Miles Mullin has served as the acting ERLC president since July 31, 2025. It was announced by the board of trustees that Gary Hollingsworth would serve as interim president starting October 1, 2025. The commission is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with additional offices in Washington, D.C., and Cyprus.
