Eric Chan Kwok-ki SBS IDSM JP (Chinese: 陳國基; born 5 April 1959) is a Hong Kong politician who is the incumbent Chief Secretary for Administration since 1 July 2022. He was also the secretary-general of the Committee for Safeguarding National Security (2020–2022). Previously, he served as Director of the Chief Executive's Office (2017–2022) and Director of Immigration (2011–2016). As he hosted the Hong Kong Safeguarding National Security Committee. He is subsequently in the OFAC specifically designated individuals or blocked persons(SDN) list pursuant to the Hong Kong Autonomy Act of 2020.
