Eoin Hayes (born 15 October 1987) is an Irish Social Democrats politician, who has been a TD for the Dublin Bay South constituency since the 2024 general election. Hayes served as a member of Dublin City Council from June 2024 until his election to the Dáil. He was indefinitely suspended from the Social Democrats parliamentary party almost immediately after the election following a controversy over holding shares in Palantir Technologies. He sat as an independent politician during the first session of the 34th Dáil, but was readmitted to the Social Democrats in July 2025.
