Elsie Eaves (May 5, 1898 – March 27, 1983) was a pioneering American female engineer. She was the first female associate member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the first female member of the American Association of Cost Engineers (now AACE International; the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering).
