Elma Zeidlere is a Latvian freestyle wrestler. She won the bronze medal in the women's freestyle 65 kg event at the 2023 European U23 Wrestling Championships in Bucharest. Latvian public broadcaster LSM described the result as the first medal won by a Latvian woman in wrestling at the European U23 Championships.
