Yelzhan Amantaiuly Birtanov (Kazakh: Елжан Амантайұлы Біртанов, Eljan Amantaiūly Bırtanov; born 18 October 1971) is a Kazakh politician who served as the Minister of Healthcare from 2017 to 2020.
